Perspective Grade.

On my perspective grade I received a five out of ten.  I was really disappointed to see an F on that assignment.  We had one day to watch the video and learn how to do this, basically self teach, and then one day to do our perspective drawings based on what we learned from the video.  I watched the video about two times and I thought I had a pretty good grip on what I was suppose to be doing.  The way I looked at the assignment was to draw a perspective building.  I worked hard first trying toposition the building to look the way I wanted it to look, I think I watched that video two more times to make sure I was doing it right and not messing everything up!  I tried to think of the major parts of a building and I decided to choose Walmart.  I knew that the building had to have doors and of course a sign  but after that it looked empty.  I added the Walmart logo to try and add some pizzaz to it.  That day, I couldn't figure out how to add color to the building and looked up videos about the live paint groups and how to group my images into a paint group.  I watched that video all the way through and tried it on my image but the only thing it would color were the individual lines and the text.  I couldn't figure out how to group these images to make them a live paint group.  In all honesty, I am a better learner when I have some in person actually teaching me.  Even though the video narrated what he was doing it was hard to follow a lot of the time.  I would appreciate it if you could have another look at my perspective drawing and reconcider the grade I recieved.
